On July 24th, 2016, LonePack was formed- a non-profit with a vision of making mental health accessible to all Indian youth. Over the past 5 years, we've held several events and campaigns to educate, listen and provide resources to people who struggle with their mental health.
Ever since LonePack Letters began in 2017, over 27000 letters have been collected, spreading smiles while creating awareness about mental health. LonePack Buddy, our free, anonymous, peer-to-peer support system, was launched as an app on the Google PlayStore.
While our reach has broadened, and we grow to offer more resources and safe spaces; our objective remains unwavering- to 'shatter the stigma'. And we look forward to doing the same for many more years to come.
Thank you for being a mental health ally with us.

LonePack Buddy is here to support your mental health during this difficult time. We’re offering this free service as an app, downloadable on the Google PlayStore. Start the conversation today.
